Girly Ts are soft, fitted but stretchy, have a slightly scoopier cut to the neck, and taper in at the waist and out at the hips. They're snug but not miserable. Generally the girly SMLXL correspond roughly to a snug but not completely immodest fit for an A, B, C, or D cup, respectively.
